As part of a strategic realignment effort, IAT Reinsurance Co. and its affiliates will be rebranded as IAT Insurance Group.
IAT said the realignment will leverage leadership talent, analytics, operating platforms and risk capabilities across the enterprise, resulting in the better delivery of more specialized insurance solutions for its commercial and personal lines clients. Use of the new brand will begin immediately.
Business will continue to be conducted through the group’s eight domestic insurance companies: Acceptance Casualty Insurance Co., Acceptance Indemnity Insurance Co., Commercial Alliance Insurance Co., Harco National Insurance Co., Occidental Fire & Casualty Co. of North Carolina, Service Insurance Co., TransGuard Insurance Co. of America Inc. and Wilshire Insurance Co. Each of these businesses will reflect its association with IAT Insurance Group within its existing brands.
