Executive Ed Program Starts March 30 as The Institutes, Darden School Team Up

The Institutes have partnered with the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business to offer an Executive Education program designed for senior-level managers in the property/casualty insurance industry.

This five-day interactive seminar will be held March 30 to April 4, 2014, and will provide leadership training focused on effectively formulating and planning organizational strategies.

Course titles include:

Several courses are presented in a “learning teams” format, allowing small groups to discuss cases and other in-class assignments to encourage interaction between participants and learning from each other’s diverse perspectives.

In addition to allowing participants to build a global network of industry peers and experts, the program is designed to help attendees gain a competitive advantage by learning strategic decision-making techniques. They will also:
