Leave it to Richard Branson to so perfectly sum up the essence of what it takes to create a loyal team of employees: “Train people well enough so they can leave; treat them well enough so they don’t want to.”

With that tweet, the business magnate put the onus on employers to provide employees with the skills they need to be successful in their fields and an environment that allows them to do their best work.
