What is the first thing you do every day?
I’m a morning person, so I wake up early and get right at it, in the office before 6 a.m. I like having a few quiet hours to myself to start the day, although being part of a global company, people figure out that you are an early bird. It’s a great time to think—really think—respond to email, and try and determine how I can help the company be better that day.
